অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পর্কিত সকল সার্টিফিকেট-এর সত্যায়িত কপি এবং অন্যান্য সংশ্লিষ্ট কাগজপত্রসহ প্রকল্প

কোটা সংরক্ষণ করা হবে। আবেদনকারীর বয়স ২৮/০৩/২০২১ তারিখে নির্ধারিত বয়সের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ
থাকতে হবে। মুক্তিযােদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযােদ্ধাদের সন্তানদের ক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ বয়সসীমা ৩২ বছর পর্যন্ত
শিথিলযােগ্য। বয়স প্রমাণের ক্ষেত্রে স্বীকৃত শিক্ষা বাের্ড কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত এসএসসি/সমমান পরীক্ষার
সার্টিফিকেটে লিপিবদ্ধ জন্ম তারিখ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে। বয়স প্রমাণের ক্ষেত্রে এফিডেভিট গ্রহণযােগ্য
নয়। সরকারি সমাপ্ত উন্নয়ন প্রকল্পের সমপদের জনবলের জন্য অন্য প্রকল্পে নিয়ােগের ক্ষেত্রে
জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয় কর্তৃক জারিকৃত ১৯ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০০৪ তারিখের
সম-সওব্য/টিম-০১(২)/১১/২০০৩-১৬৫নং স্মারক অনুসারে প্রবেশ পদে বয়সীমা শিথিলযােগ্য। প্রাথমিক
বাছাইয়ের পর কর্তৃপক্ষের বিবেচনায় উপযুক্ত প্রার্থীদের লিখিত ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষা এবং প্রযােজ্য ক্ষেত্রে
ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষা গ্রহণ করা হবে। পরীক্ষার স্থান ও সময়সূচি পরবর্তীতে পত্র দ্বারা জানানাে হবে। প্রার্থী
বাছাইয়ের নিমিত্ত পরীক্ষা (লিখিত এবং মৌখিক) গ্রহণের জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে
না। প্রার্থীকে সাক্ষাৎকারের সময় সকল মূল সনদসমূহ প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।
১০। শুধু লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের ব্যবহারিক/মৌখিক পরীক্ষা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
১১। আবেদন পত্রে কোনরূপ অসত্য তথ্য পাওয়া গেলে আবেদনপত্র বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। নিয়ােগকারী
কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়ােজনবােধে নিয়ােগের যে কোন শর্ত সংযােজন, বিয়ােজন, পরিবর্তন এবং নিয়ােগ বাতিলের
ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করেন।
