বাংলাদেশ শিশু স্বাস্থ্য ইনস্টিটিউটে নিম্নবর্ণিত পদ পূরণের নিমিত্তে পদের পার্শ্বে বর্ণিত যােগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের নিকট হতে নির্ধারিত আবেদন ফরমে দরখাস্ত আহবান করা যাচ্ছে।

শর্তাবলীঃ

১। আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের এককপি জীবনবৃত্তান্ত, সকল শিক্ষাগত যােগ্যতা, কম্পিউটার বিষয়ক সনদ ও অভিজ্ঞতা সনদপত্রের সত্যায়িত ছায়ালিপি, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের ছায়ালিপি এবং সদ্য তােলা ৩ কপি পাসপাের্ট সাইজের সত্যায়িত ছবিসহ আবেদনপত্র আগামী ২৮/০৩/২০২১ তারিখের মধ্যে ডাক/কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসযােগে একাডেমিক পরিচালক এর দপ্তর “রক-এ, রুম নং- ৪৪৩, ৪র্থ তলা, বাংলাদেশ শিশু স্বাস্থ্য ইনস্টিটিউট, ঢাকা শিত হাসপাতাল, ঢাকা এ ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাতে হবে।

 ২। আবেদনপত্রের সাথে বাংলাদেশ শিশু স্বাস্থ্য ইনস্টিটিউট, ঢাকা এর অনুকূলে ১-৩ পদের জন্য ১০০০/- (একহাজার) টাকা এবং ৪নং পদের জন্য ৫০০/-(পাঁচশত)মূল্যমানের পে-অর্ডার ব্যাংক ড্রাফট (বাংলাদেশের যে কোন সিডিউল ব্যাংকের শাখা হতে পে-অর্ডার/ব্যাংক ড্রাফট করতে হবে) জমা দিতে হবে। 

৩। বাংলাদেশ শিশু স্বাস্থ্য ইনস্টিটিউট এর ওয়েবসাইট www.bich.gov.bd হতে আবেদন ফরমটি ডাউনলােড পূর্বক যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করে আবেদন করতে হবে। 

৪। খামের উপর আবেদনকৃত পদের নাম উল্লেখ করতে হবে। 

৫। শুধুমাত্র কর্তৃপক্ষের বিবেচনায় উপযুক্ত প্রার্থীদের লিখিত ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষার জন্য ডাকা হবে। অসম্পূর্ণ বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ দরখাস্ত বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। 

৬। নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় হাজির হওয়ার জন্য কোন রকম ভ্রমন ভাতা (টিএ/ডিএ) প্রদান করা হবে না। 

৭। বাংলাদেশ শিশু স্বাস্থ্য ইনস্টিটিউট কর্তৃপক্ষ নিয়ােগ কার্যক্রম স্থগিত/ বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করেন।
