বিকাল ০৫:০০ ঘটিকা। উক্ত সময়ের মধ্যে User ID প্রাপ্ত প্রার্থীগণ Online-এ আবেদনপত্র Submit এর
সময় থেকে পরবর্তী ৭২ (বাহাত্তর) ঘটার মধ্যে এসএমএস এর মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষার ফি জমা দিতে পারবেন।
২. অনলাইনে আবেদনপত্র পূরণের নিয়মাবলী :
ক) http://banbeis.teletalk.com.bd এই ওয়েবসাইটে বাংলাদেশ শিক্ষাতথ্য ও পরিসংখ্যান ব্যুরাে
(ব্যানবেইস) কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত আবেদনপত্র পূরণ করে অন লাইনে রেজিস্ট্রেশন কার্যক্রম এবং ফি জমা
প্রদান করতে পারবেন। খ) অনলাইনে আবেদনপত্রে প্রার্থী তার স্বাক্ষর (দৈর্ঘ্য ৩০০ x প্রস্থ ৮০ pixel)
সর্বনিম্ন ৩KB এবং সর্বোচ্চ ৬০KB ও রঙিন ছবি (দৈর্ঘ্য ৩০০ x প্রস্থ ৩০০ pixel) সর্বনিম্ন ৪KB এবং
সর্বোচ্চ ১০০KB স্ক্যান করে নির্ধারিত স্থানে Upload করবেন। গ) Online আবেদনপত্রে পূরণকৃত তথ্যই
যেহেতু পরবর্তী সকল কার্যক্রমে ব্যবহৃত হবে, সেহেতু আবেদন প্রেরণ করার পূর্বেই পূরণকৃত সকল
তথ্যের সঠিকতা সম্পর্কে প্রার্থী নিজে শতভাগ নিশ্চিত হবেন। ঘ) প্রার্থী Online-এ পূরণকৃত
আবেদনপত্রের একটি প্রিন্ট কপি পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত যে কোন প্রয়ােজনের সহায়ক হিসেবে সংরক্ষণ
করবেন। ঙ) SMS প্রেরণের নিয়মাবলী ও পরীক্ষার ফি প্রদান : Online-এ আবেদনপত্র (Application
Form) যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করে নির্দেশনা মতে ছবি এবং Signature upload করে আবেদনপত্র Submit
করা সম্পন্ন হলে কম্পিউটারে ছবিসহ Application Preview দেখা যাবে। নির্ভুলভাবে আবেদনপত্র
Submit করা সম্পন্ন হলে প্রার্থী একটি User ID, ছবি এবং স্বাক্ষরযুক্ত একটি Applicant’s copy পাবেন।
উক্ত Applicant’s copy প্রার্থী প্রিন্ট অথবা Download করে সংরক্ষণ করবেন। Applicant’s কপিতে একটি
User ID নম্বর দেওয়া থাকবে এবং User ID নম্বর ব্যবহার করে প্রার্থী নিমােক্ত পদ্ধতিতে যে কোন
Teletalk pre-paid mobile নম্বরের মাধ্যমে ০২ (দুই)টি SMS করে পরীক্ষার ফি বাবদ প্রতিটি পদের জন্য
জনপ্রতি ১০০/- (একশত); টেলিটকের সার্ভিস চার্জ বাবদ ১২.০০ টাকাসহ মােট ১১২.০০ (একশত বারো)
টাকা (অফেরৎযোগ্য) অনধিক ৭২ (বাহাত্তর) ফটার মধ্যে জমা দিবেন। এখানে বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখ্য যে,
Onlineএ আবেদনপত্রের সকল অংশ পূরণ করে Submit করা হলেও পরীক্ষার ফি জমা না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত
Online আবেদনপত্র কোন অবস্থাতেই গৃহীত হবে না।

BANBEIs<space>User ID লিখে Send করতে হবে 16222 নম্বরে। Example: BANBEIS ABCDEF
Reply: Applicant’s Name, TK-112 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is 12345678, To
pay fee Type BANBEIs<space>Yes<space>PIN and Send to 16222 নম্বরে।
দ্বিতীয় SMS:
BANBEIS<space>Yes<space>PIN লিখে Send করতে হবে 16222 নম্বরে। Example: BANBEIS Yes

Password ব্যবহার করে পরবর্তীতে রােল নম্বর, পদের নাম, ছবি, পরীক্ষার তারিখ, সময় ও ভেন্যুর নাম
ইত্যাদি তথ্য সম্বলিত প্রবেশপত্র প্রার্থী প্রিন্ট (সম্ভব হলে রঙিন) করে নিবেন। প্রার্থী এই প্রবেশপত্রটি
লিখিত পরীক্ষার অংশগ্রহণের সময়ে এবং উত্তীর্ণ হলে মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময়ে অবশ্যই প্রদর্শন করবেন।
জ) শুধুমাত্র টেলিটক প্রি-পেইড মােবাইল ফোন থেকে প্রার্থীগণ নিম্নবর্ণিত SMS পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করে
নিজ নিজ User ID, Serial এবং PIN পুনরুদ্ধার করতে পারবেন।

ঝ) বাংলাদেশ শিক্ষাতথ্য ও পরিসংখ্যান ব্যুরাে (ব্যানবেইস) নিয়ােগ পরীক্ষা ২০২১-এর বিজ্ঞপ্তি, Online-এ
আবেদনপত্র পূরণের নিয়মাবলী, SMS-এর মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষার ফি প্রদানের নিয়মাবলী ও অন্যান্য
প্রয়ােজনীয় তথ্যাদি ওয়েবসাইট http://banbeis.teletalk.com.bd এবং www.banbeis.gov.bd এ পাওয়া
যাবে।
০৩, ঞ) Online-এ আবেদন করতে কোনাে সমস্যা হলে যে কোন টেলিটক নম্বর থেকে ১২১ নম্বরে
অথবা vas.query@teletalk.com.bd এবং dd admin@banbeis.gov.bd ই-মেইলে যোগাযোগ করা যাবে।

Contact Number অবশ্যই উল্লেখ করতে হবে।) মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময়ে প্রার্থীদের অবশ্যই নিয়বর্ণিত
সনদসমূহের মূল কপি প্রদর্শন করতে হবে: (ক) সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, অভিজ্ঞতা, নাগরিকত্ব,
চারিত্রিক এবং সকল প্রকার প্রশিক্ষণের সনদ। (খ) (প্রযােজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) (১) মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযােদ্ধার
প্রমাণ হিসেবে সরকারের সর্বশেষ নির্দেশনা মােতাবেক উপযুক্ত কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সনদ। তাছাড়া
মুক্তিযােদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যার পুত্র-কন্যা সন্তানের ক্ষেত্রে উপযুক্ত প্রমাণ হিসেবে ইউনিয়ন
পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান/পৌর মেয়র/সিটি কর্পোরেশন ওয়ার্ড কমিশনার কর্তৃক প্রার্থীর সঙ্গে মুক্তিযোদ্ধার
সম্পর্ক সংক্রান্ত প্রত্যয়ন পত্র। (২) এতিম নিবাসী ও শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধী, ক্ষুদ্র নৃ-গােষ্ঠী এবং আনসার ও
গ্রাম প্রতিরক্ষা কোটায় আবেদনকারীদের ক্ষেত্রে উপযুক্ত কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সনদ। ০১ ফেব্রুয়ারি
২০২১ তারিখে প্রার্থীর বয়স ১৮-৩০ বছর হতে হবে। তবে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযােদ্ধাদের পুত্র-কন্যা
প্রার্থীর ক্ষেত্রে বয়স অনুর্ধ্ব ৩২ বছর এবং মুক্তিযােদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের পুত্র-কন্যার পুত্র-কন্যা প্রার্থীর
ক্ষেত্রে বয়স অনুর্ধ্ব ৩০ বছর বয়স প্রমাণের ক্ষেত্রে এফিডেভিট গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। সরকারি/আধা-সরকারি
সংস্থায় চাকুরিরত প্রার্থীদের যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে। কোন অগ্রিম কপি গ্রহণ
করা হবে না। নিয়ােগের ক্ষেত্রে সরকারের বিদ্যমান বিধি এবং পরিবর্তিত ক্ষেত্রে প্রযােজ্য বিধি অনুসরণ
করা হবে। কর্তৃপক্ষ বিজ্ঞাপিত পদের সংখ্যা হ্রাসবৃদ্ধি/বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করেন। লুটিপূর্ণ
অসম্পূর্ণ আবেদনপত্র কোনাে কারণ দর্শানাে ব্যতিরেকেই বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। নিয়ােগ সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে
নিয়ােগকারী কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে। লিখিত/মৌখিক/অন্য কোনাে পরীক্ষায়
অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোনো প্রকার ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে না।
