হলে তাকে বিনা নােটিশে চাকুরীচ্যুত করা হবে এবং দেশের প্রচলিত আইনে তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নেয়া
হবে। পদ পূরণের ক্ষেত্রে বিদ্যমান কোটা (প্রযােজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করা হবে।
প্রয়ােজনে পদের সংখ্যা হ্রাস/বুদ্ধি করা যেতে পারে। শূণ্য পদ পূরণ করা বা না করার ক্ষেত্রে কর্তৃপক্ষের
