১৫-০৪-২০২১ খ্রিঃ তারিখ পর্যন্ত অফিস সময়ের মধ্যে সরাসরি/ডাকযােগে আবেদনপত্র মহাপরিচালক,
বাংলাদেশ পাট গবেষণা ইনস্টিটিউট, মানিক মিয়া এভিনিউ, ঢাকা-১২০৭ বরাবর পৌঁছাতে হবে। সরকারি/আধা-
সরকারি/স্বায়ত্বশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠানে চাকুরীরত প্রার্থীদের যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে
আবেদনপত্র পৌঁছাতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে আবেদনপত্রের কোন অগ্রিম কপি গ্রহণযােগ্য হবে না। নির্ধারিত তারিখ ও
সময়ের পর (ডাকযােগে বা সরাসরি) কোন আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
৪। প্রার্থীগণকে National Agricultural Research System (NARS) নীতিমালামানদন্ড অনুযায়ী মূল্যায়ণ করা
হবে। সে প্রেক্ষিতে নির্দিষ্ট
মূল্যায়ণ ফরম ০৪ (চার) প্রস্থ (সংযােজনীসহ) আবেদনপত্রের সাথে দাখিল করতে হবে। নির্দিষ্ট মূল্যায়ণ ফরম
বিজেআরআই এর ওয়েব সাইট (www.bjri.gov.bd) হতে Download করে সংগ্রহ করা যাবে। আবেদনকারীকে
সােনালী ব্যাংকের যে কোন শাখা হতে মহাপরিচালক, বাংলাদেশ পাট গবেষণা ইনস্টিটিউট এর অনুকূলে
৫০০/(পাঁচশত) টাকা মূল্যমানের ব্যাংক ড্রাফট/পে-অর্ডার (অফেরৎযােগ্য) আবেদনপত্রের সঙ্গে দাখিল করতে
হবে। আবেদনপত্রের খামের উপর পদের নাম ও জেলা স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করতে হবে। | প্রাপ্ত সকল
আবেদনপত্র যাচাই-বাছাই এর পর কেবলমাত্র উপযুক্ত প্রার্থীদের অনুকূলে মৌখিক পরীক্ষার জন্য প্রবেশপত্র
প্রেরণ করা হবে।
০৭। আবেদনকারীগণকে মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় উপস্থিত হওয়ার জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না।
৮। উল্লেখিত পদে নিয়ােগের ক্ষেত্রে নিয়ােগ সংক্রান্ত সরকারি যাবতীয় বিধি-বিধান/আদেশ/কোটা (প্রযােজ্য
ক্ষেত্রে) এবং আনুষ্ঠানিকতা অনুসরণ করা হবে।
০৯। আবেদনকারী যদি কোন তথ্য গােপন করেন এবং পরবর্তীতে তা সনাক্ত হয় সে ক্ষেত্রে আইনানুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা
গ্রহণ করা হবে।
১০। যদি কোন প্রার্থী বাংলাদেশের নাগরিক না হন কিংবা বাংলাদেশের নাগরিক নন এমন কোন ব্যক্তিকে বিয়ে
করেন বা করার জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ হন কিংবা কোন ফৌজদারী আদালত কর্তৃক নৈতিক স্বলনজনিত
অভিযােগে দন্ডিত হন কিংবা কোন সরকারি বা স্বায়ত্বশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠান বা স্থানীয় কর্তৃপক্ষের চাকুরী হতে
অপসারিত হয়ে থাকেন তবে তিনি আবেদন করার জন্য যােগ্য বিবেচিত হবেননা।

প্রচার করা হল।
১২। ত্রুটিপূর্ণ/অসম্পূর্ণ আবেদনপত্র কোন কারণ দর্শানাে ব্যতিরেকেই বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
১৩। নিয়ােগ সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে নিয়ােগকারী কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্ত চুড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
