৩। চাকরির জন্য নির্ধারিত আবেদন ফরম প্রতিষ্ঠান হতে সরাসরি সংগ্রহ করা যাবে। এছাড়া প্রতিষ্ঠানের
ওয়েবসাইট (www.cddl.gov.bd) হতেও আবেদন ফরমটি ডাউনলােড করে আবেদন করা যাবে।
৪। প্রার্থীকে সঠিকভাবে পূরণকৃত আবেদন ফরমের সাথে প্রথম শ্রেণীর গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা কর্তৃক
সত্যায়িত সম্প্রতি তােলা ০৪ (চার) কপি পাসপাের্ট সাইজের ছবি, সকল শিক্ষাগত যােগ্যতার সনদপত্র,
জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র এবং অভিজ্ঞতা সনদপত্র (প্রযােজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) এর কপি সংযুক্ত করতে হবে। এছাড়া,

৬। পরীক্ষার সময় শিক্ষাগত যােগ্যতার সনদপত্র, জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র এবং অভিজ্ঞতা সনদপত্র
(প্রযােজ্য | ক্ষেত্রে) এর মূলকপি সাথে আনতে হবে।
৭। কোন প্রার্থী সরকারি/রাষ্ট্রায়ত্ত্ব/স্বায়ত্বশাসিত/সমধর্মী প্রতিষ্ঠানে চাকরিরত থাকলে যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের
নিকট হতে সংগৃহীত অনাপত্তিপত্র আবেদন ফরমের সাথে জমা প্রদান করতে হবে এবং মূল কপিটি
পরীক্ষার দিন সাথে আনতে হবে।
৮। অসম্পূর্ণ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ ও বিলম্বে প্রাপ্ত আবেদনপত্র সরাসরি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
৯। যে সকল আবেদনকারীর আবেদন প্রাথমিক বাছাইয়ের পর গ্রহণযােগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে, তাদেরকে
পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করার জন্য অবহিত করা হবে। তবে পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোনরূপ
যাতায়াত কিংবা দৈনিক ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে না। |
১০া প্রাথমিক বাছাই এবং চূড়ান্ত পরীক্ষায় প্রার্থী নির্বাচনের ক্ষেত্রে সিডিডিএল এর সিদ্ধান্তই চুড়ান্ত বলে
গণ্য হবে এবং কোনরূপ কারণ দর্শানাে ব্যতিরেকে যে কোনাে আবেদন বাতিল করার অধিকার
সিডিডিএল সংরক্ষণ করে।
১১। বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বর্ণিত পদের সংখ্যা হ্রাস/বৃদ্ধি বা বিজ্ঞপ্তি সংশােধন/বাতিল/প্রত্যাহারের সর্বস্বত্ত্ব অধিকার
সিডিডিএল সংরক্ষণ করে।
১২। কোন প্রার্থী সিডিডিএল এর চাকরি থেকে বহিস্কৃত হলে তিনি চাকরিতে আবেদনের অযােগ্য হিসেবে
বিবেচিত হবেন।
১৩। অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠানে প্রচলিত চুক্তিভিত্তিক শ্রমিক-কর্মচারীদের জন্য প্রযােজ্য বেতন কাঠামাে অনুযায়ী
বেতন, ভাতা ও অন্যান্য সুযােগ-সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে।
১৪। সিডিডিএল এ চাকরিকালে কর্মদক্ষতার উপযুক্ত প্রমাণ সাপেক্ষে নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর প্রতিষ্ঠানের
প্রচলিত নিয়মানুযায়ী চাকরিতে স্থায়ী করা হতে পারে।
