শর্তাবলীঃ

১. চাকরির জন্য নির্ধারিত আবেদন ফরম প্রার্থী কর্তৃক স্বহস্তে/কম্পিউটার টাইপে পূরণ করে নিজ স্বাক্ষরে

আবেদন করতে হবে। আবেদন ফরম এ দপ্তরের ওয়েবসাইটে (www.flid.gov.bd) পাওয়া যাবে।

২. আবেদন ফরমে ০১/০৩/২০২১ খ্রিঃ তারিখে প্রার্থীর বয়স উল্লেখ করতে হবে এবং উক্ত তারিখে সাধারণ

প্রার্থী, মুক্তিযােদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যাদের পুত্র-কন্যা ও এতিম প্রার্থীর ক্ষেত্রে বয়স ১৮ থেকে অনুর্ধ্ব ৩০ বছর

এবং মুক্তিযােদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যা ও প্রতিবন্ধীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স ১৮ থেকে অনুর্ধ্ব ৩২ বছর।

৩. আবেদনপত্র আগামী ২১/০৪/২০২১ খ্রিঃ তারিখের মধ্যে উপ-পরিচালক, মৎস্য ও প্রাণিসম্পদ তথ্য

দপ্তর, মৎস্য ভবন (১১ তলা), রমনা, ঢাকা-এর বরাবরে অফিস চলাকালীন সময়ে পৌছাতে হবে।

আবেদনপত্র অবশ্যই ডাকযােগে প্রেরণ করতে হবে। সরাসরি বা হাতে হাতে কোন আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ

করা হবে না।

৪. বিধি মােতাবেক জেলা কোটাসহ বিদ্যমান অন্যান্য কোটা অনুসরণ করা হবে।

৫. সকল পদের জন্য লিখিত ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষা গ্রহন করা হবে। ২ ও ৫ নং ক্রমিকে বর্ণিত পদের জন্য

লিখিত ও ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীরাই মৌখিক পরীক্ষার জন্য যােগ্য বিবেচিত হবেন।

৬. আবেদনপত্রের সাথে আবেদন ফরমে ব্যবহৃত ১ কপি রঙ্গীন ছবি ছাড়াও প্রথম শ্রেণির সরকারী

কর্মকর্তা কর্তৃক সত্যায়িত সম্প্রতি তােলা পাসপাের্ট সাইজের ৪(চার) কপি রঙ্গীন ছবি, আবেদনকারীর

নাম ও পত্র যােগযােগের ঠিকানা (বর্তমান ঠিকানা) সম্বলিত ১০(দশ) টাকার ডাক টিকেট সংযুক্ত ১$x ৪.৫

ইঞ্চি মাপের একটি ফেরত খাম এবং পরীক্ষার ফি-বাবদ প্রার্থীদেরকে আবেদনপত্রের সাথে

উপপরিচালক, মৎস্য ও প্রাণিসম্পদ তথ্য দপ্তর, মৎস্য ভবন, রমনা, ঢাকা ক্লাবরে কোড নং

১-৪৪৩৭-০০০০-২০৩১ তে ১০০/-(একশত) টাকা ট্রেজারী চালানের মাধ্যমে জমা দিয়ে ট্রেজারী চালানের

মূল কপি আবেদনের সাথে সংযুক্ত করতে হবে।

৭. আবেদনপত্রের সাথে কোন প্রকার শিক্ষাগত যােগ্যতার সনদপত্র সংযুক্ত করার প্রয়ােজন নেই। তবে

মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় নিম্নবর্ণিত কাগজপত্রের মূল কপি প্রদর্শনপূর্বক প্রতিটির একটি করে সত্যায়িত

ফটোকপি দাখিল করতে হবে: (ক) প্রার্থীর সকল শিক্ষাগত যােগ্যতার সনদপত্র (খ) প্রার্থী যে

ইউনিয়ন/পৌরসভা/ওয়ার্ডের বাসিন্দা সেই ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান/পৌরসভার মেয়র/ওয়ার্ড

কাউন্সিলর কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত নাগরিকত্বের সনদপত্র (গ) জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র/জন্মসনদ (ঘ) মুক্তিযােদ্ধার

পুত্রকন্যা হিসাবে চাকুরী প্রার্থীকে মুক্তিযােদ্ধা পিতা/মাতার মুক্তিযােদ্ধা সনদপত্র (যা যথাযথভাবে উপযুক্ত

কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক স্বাক্ষরিত ও প্রতিস্বাক্ষরিত) (ঙ) মুক্তিযােদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযােদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যার পুত্র-কন্যা

হিসাবে চাকরি প্রার্থীকে সংশ্লিষ্ট মুক্তিযােদ্ধার সনদপত্র দিতে হবে। আবেদনকারী যে মুক্তিযােদ্ধা/শহীদ

মুক্তিযােদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যার পুত্র-কন্যা এর স্বপক্ষে প্রমাণ হিসেবে সংশ্লিষ্ট ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের

চেয়ারম্যান/পৌরসভার মেয়র/ওয়ার্ড কাউন্সিলর/সিটি কর্পোরেশন ওয়ার্ড কাউন্সিলর কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সনদ

দিতে হবে (চ) এতিম ও শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধী কোটার সকল প্রার্থীদের উপযুক্ত কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রদত্ত এতিমখানা

নিবাসী/শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধী সনদপত্র (ছ) আনসার ও গ্রাম প্রতিরক্ষা বাহিনীর সদস্যদের ক্ষেত্রে জেলা

প্রশাসক/জেলা আনসার এডজুটেন্ট প্রদত্ত সনদপত্র (জ) ক্ষুদ্র নৃ-গােষ্ঠী কোটার ক্ষেত্রে সর্বশেষ নীতিমালা

অনুযায়ী উপযুক্ত কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক ইস্যুকৃত সনদ (ঝ) সরকারি/আধাসরকারি/স্বায়ত্তশাসিত/অনুমােদিত

বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানে কর্মরত প্রার্থীগণকে নিয়ােগকারী কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত অনাপত্তি পত্র/ছাড়পত্রের

মূলকপি জমা দিতে হবে (ঞ) ক্রমিক নং- ২, ৩ ও ৪ এ বর্ণিত প্রার্থীর ক্ষেত্রে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা এবং

ক্রমিক নং- ২ এ বর্ণিত প্রার্থীর ক্ষেত্রে ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স।

৮. আবেদনপত্র প্রেরণের খামের বাম পার্শ্বের উপরের অংশে অবশ্যই স্পস্ট অক্ষরে পদের নাম ও নিজ

জেলা উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

৯. সরকারি/আধা সরকারি/স্বায়ত্তশাসিত সংস্থায় চাকরীরত প্রার্থীদেরকে অবশ্যই যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের

মাধ্যমে নির্দিষ্ট তারিখের মধ্যে আবেদনপত্র প্রেরণ করতে হবে।

১০. অস্পস্ট/অসম্পূর্ণ/বিলম্বে প্রাপ্ত/একই খামের মধ্যে একাধিক আবেদনপত্র অথবা আবেদনপত্রের

গায়ে কোন প্রকার সুপারিশ লিপিবদ্ধ থাকলে তা সরাসরি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।

১১. কোন প্রার্থী একাধিক পদের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন না। কোন প্রার্থী একাধিক পদের জন্য

আবেদন করলে সকল আবেদন বাতিল বলে গন্য করা হবে। অবতীর্ণ প্রত্যয়নপত্র (Appeared

Certificate) দিয়ে আবেদন গ্রহণযােগ্য নয়।

১২. আবেদনপত্রসমূহ প্রাথমিক বাছাইয়ের পর কর্তৃপক্ষের বিবেচনায় কেবলমাত্র উপযুক্ত প্রার্থীগণকে

লিখিত,মৌখিক ও ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষায় (প্রযােজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) অংশগ্রহণের জন্য ডাকা হবে।

১৩. লিখিত/মৌখিক/ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষায় যাতায়াতের জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না।

১৪. এ নিয়ােগ বিজ্ঞপ্তির যে কোন অংশ সংশােধন, পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন, সংযােজন ও বিয়ােজনের

ক্ষমতা কর্তৃপক্ষ সংরক্ষণ করেন।

১৫. কোন কারণ দর্শানাে ব্যতিরেকে যে কোন আবেদনপত্র বাতিলের অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষ সংরক্ষণ করেন।

১৬. উল্লেখ করা হয়নি এমন ক্ষেত্রে সরকারের সর্বশেষ জারিকৃত বিধি-বিধান প্রযােজ্য হবে।

১৭. নিয়ােগের ক্ষেত্রে কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
