সরকারি স্বার্থ রক্ষার্থে ধর্ম বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয়ের পক্ষে ও বিপক্ষে দায়েরকৃত মামলায় রাষ্ট্রপক্ষের আইন
কর্মকর্তার পাশাপাশি বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিমকোর্টের হাইকোর্ট ও আপিল বিভাগে মামলা পরিচালনার জন্য
হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ ও আপিল বিভাগে তালিকাভুক্ত ০১ (এক) জন বিজ্ঞ আইনজীবী (অস্থায়ী) নিয়ােগের
লক্ষ্যে নিম্নোক্ত শর্তে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে:
১. আবেদনপত্রে আবেদনকারীর নাম, পিতা/স্বামীর নাম, স্থায়ী ঠিকানা, বর্তমান ঠিকানা,বয়স ও
অভিজ্ঞতা ইত্যাদি উল্লেখপূর্বক জীবনবৃত্তান্ত দিতে হবে; আবেদনের সঙ্গে সদ্য তােলা ০২ (কপি)
পাসপাের্ট সাইজের সত্যায়িত ছবি সংযুক্ত করে দিতে হবে; আবেদনকারীর বয়স ০১/০১/২০২১ তারিখের
মধ্যে ৫৫ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে; আবেদনের সঙ্গে জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, বার কাউন্সিলের সনদপত্র,
শিক্ষাগত যােগ্যতার সকল সনদপত্র এবং হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ ও আপিল বিভাগের তালিকাভুক্তির
সনদপত্রসহ সকল সনদপত্রের সত্যায়িত কপি সংযুক্ত করতে হবে;
৫. বাংলাদেশ হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ ও আপিল বিভাগে আইনজীবী হিসেবে মামলা পরিচালনায় কমপক্ষে ১০
(দশ) বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে;
৬. আবেদনকারী আইনজীবীকে ঢাকায় স্থায়ীভাবে বসবাসরত হতে হবে; আবেদনকারী অন্য কোন
সরকারি/বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের আইনজীবী হিসেবে নিয়ােজিত থাকলে তা উল্লেখ করতে হবে; নিযুক্ত
আইনজীবীকে সরকার কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত হারে এবং নির্ধারিত বিধি-বিধান মােতাবেক ফি প্রদান করা হবে;
৯. উক্ত নিয়ােগের মেয়াদ হবে ০১ (এক) বছর। তবে কর্তৃপক্ষের সন্তুষ্টিসহকারে যা নবায়নযােগ্য;
আবেদনপত্র আগামী ২৩/০৩/২০২১ তারিখ বিকাল ৫.০০টার মধ্যে অতিরিক্ত সচিব (সংস্থা ও আইন), ধর্ম
বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয়, বাংলাদেশ সচিবালয়, ঢাকা বরাবর পৌছাতে
১১. কর্তৃপক্ষ কোন কারণ দর্শানাে ব্যতিরেকে যে কোন আবেদন অথবা সকল আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ বা
বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করেন এবং
১২. আইনজীবী নিয়ােগের ক্ষেত্রে কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
