Form পূরণের মাধ্যমে আবেদন | করতে হবে। প্রার্থী ফরম পূরণের নির্দেশিকা (সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইটে দেয়া
আছে) মােতাবেক ফরম পূরণ করতে হবে।
২. আবেদনকারীর বয়সসীমা: ২৫-০৩-২০২০ ইং তারিখে বয়স সর্বনিম্ন ১৮ এবং সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ বছর হতে
হবে। তবে মুক্তিযােদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযােদ্ধা/প্রতিবন্ধী কোটায় আবেদনকৃত প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স অনুর্ধ্ব
৩২ বছর (বয়স সম্পর্কিত কোন এফিডেভিট গ্রহণযােগ্য নয়)।
৩. আবেদনের সময়সীমা: i) Online এ আবেদনপত্র পূরণ ও পরীক্ষার ফি জমাদান শুরুর তারিখ
০৮-০৩-২০২১, সকাল ১০.০০ ঘটিকা। ii) Online এ আবেদনপত্র পূরণ ও পরীক্ষার ফি জমাদান শেষ
তারিখ ২৮-০৩-২০২১, সন্ধ্যা: ০৬.০০ ঘটিকা। উক্ত সময়সীমার মধ্যে User ID প্রাপ্ত প্রার্থীগণ Online এ
আবেদনপত্র Submit এর সময় থেকে পরবর্তী ৭২ (বাহাত্তর) ঘন্টার মধ্যে এসএমএস এর মাধ্যমে
পরীক্ষার ফি বাবদ ক্রমিক নং-০১ এ বর্ণিত প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে টাঃ ৩০০/- এবং ক্রমিক নং-০২ এ বর্ণিত
প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে টাঃ ২০০/- জমা দিতে হবে ।
৪. Online আবেদনপত্রে প্রার্থীকে তার স্বাক্ষর (300×80 Pixel, Size Max 60 KB) ও রঙিন ছবি (300×300 Pixel, Size Max 100 KB)
স্ক্যান করে নির্ধারিত স্থানে Upload করতে হবে।
৫. Online আবেদনপত্রে পূরণকৃত সকল তথ্যই যেহেতু পরবর্তী সকল কার্যক্রমে ব্যবহৃত হবে, সেহেতু আবেদন
Submit করার পূর্বেই পূরণকৃত সকল তথ্যের সঠিকতা সম্পর্কে প্রার্থী নিজে শতভাগ নিশ্চিত হবেন।
৬. প্রার্থী Online-এ পূরণকৃত আবেদনপত্রের একটি প্রিন্ট কপি পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত যে কোন প্রয়ােজনের সহায়ক
হিসেবে সংরক্ষণ করবেন।
৭. SMS প্রেরণের নিয়মাবলী ও পরীক্ষার ফি প্রদান: Online এ আবেদনপত্র (Application Form) যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করে নির্দেশনা মােতাবেক ছবি
ও স্বাক্ষর Upload করে আবেদনপত্র Submit করা সম্পন্ন হলে কম্পিউটার স্ক্রিনে ছবিসহ Application Preview
দেখা যাবে। নির্ভুলভাবে আবেদনপত্র Submit করা সম্পন্ন হলে প্রার্থী একটি User ID, ছবি এবং স্বাক্ষরযুক্ত একটি
Applicant’s Copy পাবেন। উক্ত Applicant’s Copy প্রার্থী প্রিন্ট অথবা Download করে সংরক্ষণ করবেন।
Applicant’s Copy তে একটি User ID নম্বর দেয়া থাকবে এবং User ID ব্যবহার করে নিম্নোক্ত পদ্ধতিতে যে
কোন টেলিটক প্রিপেইড মােবাইলের মাধ্যমে ০২(দুই) টি SMS করে পরীক্ষার ফি বাবদ প্রতিটি পদের জন্য
নির্ধারিত টাকা অনধিক ৭২(বাহাত্তর) ঘন্টার মধ্যে জমা প্রদান করতে হবে। এখানে বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখ্য, Online
এ আবেদনপত্রের সকল অংশ পূরণ করে Submit করা হলেও পরীক্ষার ফি জমা না দেয়া পর্যন্ত Online
আবেদনপত্র কোন অবস্থাতেই গৃহিত হবে না।
প্রথম SMS : SBC<space> User ID লিখে ১৬২২২ এই নম্বরে send করতে হবে।
দ্বিতীয় SMS ; SBC<space>YES<space>PIN লিখে ১৬২২২ এই নম্বরে send করতে হবে।
৮. প্রবেশপত্র প্রাপ্তির বিষয়টি http://sbc.teletalk.com.bd ওয়েবসাইটে এবং প্রার্থীর মােবাইল ফোনে
SMS-এর মাধ্যমে (শুধুমাত্র যােগ্য প্রার্থীদের) যথাসময়ে জানানাে হবে। Online আবেদনপত্রে প্রার্থীর
প্রদত্ত মােবাইল ফোনে পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত যাবতীয় যােগাযােগ সম্পন্ন করা হবে বিধায় উক্ত নম্বরটি
সার্বক্ষণিক সচল রাখা এবং প্রাপ্ত নির্দেশনা তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে অনুসরণ করা বাঞ্চনীয়।
৯. SMS-এ প্রেরিত User ID এবং Password ব্যবহার করে পরবর্তীতে রােল নম্বর, পদের নাম, ছবি,
পরীক্ষার তারিখ, সময় ও স্থানের নাম ইত্যাদি তথ্য সম্বলিত প্রবেশপত্র প্রার্থী প্রিন্ট (সম্ভব হলে রঙিন) করে নিবেন। প্রার্থী
প্রবেশপত্রটি লিখিত পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের সময়ে এবং উত্তীর্ণ হলে মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময়ে অবশ্যই
প্রদর্শন করবেন।
১০, শুধুমাত্র টেলিটক প্রি-পেইড মােবাইল ফোন থেকে প্রার্থীগণ নিম্নবর্ণিত SMS পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করে
নিজ নিজ User ID এবং Password পুনরুদ্ধার করতে পারবেন।

১১. উল্লেখ্য, গত ২৬-০৪-২০১৩ তারিখে ০২ (দুই) টি জাতীয় দৈনিক (The Financial Express ও দৈনিক
ইত্তেফাক) পত্রিকায় একই পদসমূহে নিয়ােগের জন্য প্রকাশিত বিজ্ঞপ্তির বিপরীতে আবেদনকৃত
প্রার্থীদের পুনরায় আবেদন করার প্রয়ােজন নেই।
১২. ‘SBC নিয়ােগ-২০২১’ -এর বিজ্ঞপ্তি, Online-এ আবেদনপত্র পূরণের নিয়মাবলী, SMS-এর
মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষার ফি প্রদানের নিয়মাবলী ও অন্যান্য প্রয়ােজনীয় তথ্যাদি আবেদন সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইট
http://sbc.teletalk.com.bd ও কর্পোরেশনের নিজস্ব ওয়েবসাইট http://www.sbc.gov.bd এ পাওয়া যাবে।
১৩, প্রার্থীদেরকে প্রাথমিকভাবে কোন কাগজপত্র প্রেরণ করতে হবে না। পরবর্তীতে মৌখিক পরীক্ষার
পূর্বে যােগ্য প্রার্থীদের নিকট হতে বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করে | সংশ্লিষ্ট কাগজপত্র জমাদানের নির্দেশনা দেয়া
হবে।
১৪. চাকুরীরত প্রার্থীদেরকে অবশ্যই যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করে আবেদন করতে হবে। লিখিত
পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হলে দলিলাদি দাখিলের সময় যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের মাধ্যমে সংশ্লিষ্ট কাগজপত্র প্রেরণ
করতে হবে।
অন্যান্য শর্তাবলী ঃ নিয়ােগের ক্ষেত্রে সরকার কর্তৃক এ বিষয়ে জারীকৃত সকল নীতিমালা/কোটা
অনুসরণ করা হবে। পরীক্ষার উদ্দেশ্যে যাতায়াতের জন্য কর্পোরেশন কোন প্রকার খরচ বহন করবে না।
কর্তৃপক্ষ কোন কারণ দর্শানাে ব্যতিরেকেই যে কোন আবেদনপত্র বাতিল করার কিংবা নিয়ােগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি
