স্বেচ্ছাসেবী উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। সংস্থার ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কর্মসূচি সম্প্রসারণের লক্ষ্যে জরুরী ভিত্তিতে নিমােক্ত পদে 

দক্ষ কর্মী নিয়ােগের জন্য সৎ, উদ্যমী এবং কর্মঠ প্রার্থীদের নিকট থেকে দরখাস্ত আহবান করা হচ্ছে।

শিক্ষাগত যােগ্যতাঃ স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর/সমমান পাশ। অভিজ্ঞতাঃ ক্ষুদ্রঋণ প্রতিষ্ঠানে ঋণ কার্যক্রমে 

মাঠকর্মী/সমপদে ন্যূনতম ০৩ বছর কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। বয়সঃ সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫ বৎসর। 

ডেভেলপমেন্ট

মাসিক বেতন-ভাতাঃ শিক্ষাণবীশকালে মাসিক বেতন প্রার্থীর যােগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতার ভিত্তিতে নির্ধারণ | 

অফিসার (২০০ জন)] করা হবে। স্থায়ীকরণের পর ২০,০০০ – ২৫,০০০ টাকা। অন্যান্য সুবিধাদিঃ ফোন 

ভাতা, মােটরসাইকেল জ্বালানি ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ভাতা ইত্যাদি মাসিক বেতনের অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়। চাকুরী 

স্থায়ীকরণের পর সংস্থার নিয়মানুযায়ী প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, গ্রাচ্যুইটি, উৎসব বােনাস ও ইনসেনটিভ বােনাস, 

বার্ষিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট, চিকিৎসা অনুদান, মৃত্যু/দুর্ঘটনা জনিত (বীমা সুবিধার ন্যায়) আর্থিক সহায়তা ও 

সন্তানদের জন্য শিক্ষা বৃত্তি, বাইসাইকেল/মটর সাইকেলের সুদবিহীন ঋণ সুবিধাসহ সংস্থার বিধি 

মােতাবেক অন্যান্য সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে। 

অন্যান্য শর্তাবলীঃ 

(১) সকল পদে শিক্ষানবীশকাল ০৬ মাস। তবে কর্মক্ষেত্রে দক্ষতার ভিত্তিতে সকলপদে শিক্ষানবীশকাল 

হ্রস/বৃদ্ধি করা হতে পারে (২) শিক্ষাজীবনে কোন পরীক্ষায় তৃতীয় শ্রেণী/বিভাগ গ্রহণযােগ্য নয়। প্রার্থীকে 

সংস্থার যে কোন কর্মএলাকায় কাজ করতে আগ্রহী হতে হবে (৩) ১, ২, ৩ পদের প্রার্থীদের মটর সাইকেল 

চালানাে এবং বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক (৪) ৪নং পদের প্রার্থীদের বাইসাইকেল চালানাে

 বাধ্যতামূলক, তবে বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সসহ মটর সাইকেল চালানােয় পারদর্শীরা অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন 

(৫) সকল প্রার্থীর কম্পিউটারে ওয়ার্ড, এক্সেল, বাংলা ও ইংরেজি টাইপিং এবং ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার জানা 

বাধ্যতামূলক (৬) যােগদানের সময় সকল পদের প্রার্থীর জন্য মা/বাবা/আপন ভাই/বােন/নিকটতম 

আত্মীয় দ্বারা (কমপক্ষে একজন) জামিনদার হিসাবে নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করতে হবে (৭) চাকুরীতে 

যােগদানের সময় সংস্থার নিয়মানুযায়ী ৩নং পদের প্রার্থীকে ১০,০০০/- টাকা এবং ০৪নং পদের প্রার্থীকে 

৫০০০/- টাকা (সংস্থা ত্যাগকালে লভ্যাংশসহ ফেরৎযােগ্য) জামানত/সিকিউরিটি হিসাবে প্রদান করতে

 হবে। আগ্রহী প্রার্থীকে বর্তমান/সর্বশেষ কর্মরত প্রতিষ্ঠানের আইডি কার্ডের ফটোকপি, পূণাঙ্গ জীবন

 বৃত্তান্ত ও সদ্য তােলা এক কপি পাসপাের্ট সাইজ রঙ্গীন ছবিসহ আবেদন আগামী ১৫/০৪/২০২১ইং 

তারিখের মধ্যে নির্বাহী পরিচালক, মানবিক সাহায্য সংস্থা (এমএসএস), ২৯, পশ্চিম পান্থপথ (৪র্থ তলা) 

ঢাকা-১২০৫” বরাবর হাতে হাতে/ডাক/কুরিয়ার যােগে পাঠাতে হবে। খামের উপর পদের নাম উল্লেখ 

করতে হবে। শুধুমাত্র বাছাইকৃত প্রার্থীদের ইন্টারভিউ এর জন্য ডাকা হবে। চাকুরীর জন্য কোন প্রকার 

তদবির প্রার্থীর অযােগ্যতা হিসাবে গণ্য হবে। এমএসএস সকল নিয়ােগ প্রক্রিয়ায় পূর্ণ স্বচ্ছতা অবলম্বন 

করে, বিধায় কোনরূপ অনৈতিক পন্থায় নিয়ােগ প্রাপ্তির সুযােগ নেই। এমএসএস কর্তৃপক্ষ এই নিয়ােগ 

বিজ্ঞপ্তির সংশােধন/সংযােজনসহ নিয়ােগ বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করে। নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় 

অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না। এই নিয়ােগ বিজ্ঞপ্তিটি সংস্থার ওয়েব সাইট
