ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়াধীন ভূমি ব্যবস্থাপনা অটোমেশন প্রকল্পটি বিশেষজ্ঞ পরামর্শকগণের মাধ্যমে বাস্তবায়ন করা হবে। প্রকল্পে পরামর্শক নিয়ােগের জন্য মেশন প্রকল্পে নিম্নবর্ণিত পরামর্শক (Consultant পাবলিক প্রকিউরমেন্ট আইন ২০০৬ পাবলিক প্রকিউরমেন্ট বিধিমালা ২০০৮ এবং ডিপিপি এর শর্তাবলী অনুসরণে নিয়ােগের জন্য প্রকৃত বাংলাদেশী নাগরিকদের নিকট হতে দরখাস্ত আহবান করা যাবেঃ

আবেদনপত্র প্রেরণের শর্তাবলীঃ 

১. ডিপিপি এ বর্ণিত শিক্ষাগত যােগ্যতা,অভিজ্ঞতা ও অন্যান্য শর্তাবলী (Terms of Reference) বিস্তারিত ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়ের ওয়েব সাইট www.minland.gov.bd এ বিদ্যমান থাকবে। ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়ের ওয়েবসাইট হতে নিয়ােগ বিজ্ঞপ্তির বিস্তারিত তথ্য ও আবেদনপত্রের নির্ধারিত ফরম ডাউনলােড করে তা পূরণপূর্বক আবেদনপত্র দাখিল করতে হবে। আবেদনকারীকে প্রদত্ত নির্ধারিত ফরমে আবেদন করতে হবে এবং ফরমে চাহিত তথ্য অনুযায়ী প্রয়ােজনীয় কাগজপত্রসহ তথ্য-উপাত্ত প্রদান করতে হবে। 

২. দরখাস্তের সাথে সদ্য তােলা ৩(তিন) কপি পাসপাের্ট সাইজের সত্যায়িত ছবি, শিক্ষাগত যােগ্যতা, অভিজ্ঞতার স্বপক্ষে পৃথকভাবে উপযুক্ত সনদ/প্রমাণপত্রের সত্যায়িত কপি দাখিল করতে হবে। 

৩. আগামী ১৫/০৪/২০২১ তারিখ বিকাল ৩.০০ ঘটিকায় অফিস সময়ের মধ্যে সচিব, ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়,বাংলাদেশ সচিবালয়, ঢাকা-১০০০ ঢাকা সম্বােধন করে আবেদনটি দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ: প্রকল্প পরিচালক,ভুমি ব্যবস্থাপনা অটোমেশন প্রকল্প,ভূমি মন্ত্রণালয়,বাংলাদেশ সচিবালয়,কক্ষ নং-৩১৫,ঢাকা-১০০০ এ আবদ্ধখামে ডাকযােগে পৌঁছাতে হবে। নির্ধারিত তারিখ এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে কোন আবেদন গ্রহণ করা হবে না। সরকারি-বেসরকারি চাকরির খবর খুজুন এখানে. 

৪. খামের উপর পদের নাম উল্লেখ করে আবেদনকারীকে নিজ ঠিকানা সম্বলিত ১০.৫ ইঞ্চি সাইজের এবং ১০/- (দশ) টাকা মূল্যমানের ডাকটিকিট সম্বলিত ফেরত খাম সংযুক্ত করতে হবে। 

৫, নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের মাসভিত্তিক কনসালটেশন সম্মানী সাক্ষাৎকার গ্রহণের সময় আলােচনা সাপেক্ষে চুড়ান্ত করা হবে। 

৬. সরকারী/আধাসরকারী স্বায়ত্ত্বশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠানে চাকুরীরত/বিভাগীয় প্রার্থীদের যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে এবং এ ক্ষেত্রে আবেদনপত্রের কোন অগ্রিম কপি গ্রহণ করা হবে না। 

৭. এ বিজ্ঞাপণ প্রকাশের তারিখে প্রার্থীর বয়সসীমা ৬৫ বছর পর্যন্ত গ্রহণযােগ্য হবে। অসম্পূর্ণ বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ আবেদনপত্র বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে সরকারি-বেসরকারি চাকরির খবর খুলুন এখানে.

৮. আবেদনপত্র যাচাই-বাচাইয়ের পর কেবলমাত্র গ্রহণযােগ্য প্রার্থীদের সাক্ষাৎকার গ্রহণ করা হবে। বাছাইকৃত আবেদনকারীদের | সাক্ষাৎকার গ্রহণের তারিখ উল্লেখপূর্বক প্রবেশপত্র ডাকযােগে ও ই-মেইলে প্রেরণ করা হবে এবং মােবাইল ফোনে অবহিত করা হবে। 

৯. সাক্ষাঙ্কারে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না। 

১০. এ নিয়ােগ সম্পূর্ণ অস্থায়ী এবং কেবলমাত্র সংশ্লিষ্ট পদের বিপরীতে উল্লিখিত মেয়াদকালীন সময়ের জন্য প্রযােজ্য হবে। 

১১. পাবলিক প্রকিউরমেন্ট আইন ২০০৬,পাবলিক প্রকিউরমেন্ট বিধিমালা ২০০৮ এবং ডিপিপি এ বর্ণিত বিধানাবলী অনুসরণপূর্বক নিয়ােগ প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে এবং আবেদনপত্র বাছাই, গ্রহণ ও নিয়ােগের ব্যাপারে কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তই চুড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে। 

১২. নিয়ােগকারী কর্তৃপক্ষ বিজ্ঞপ্তির যে কোন পর্যায়ে নিয়ােগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি সংশােধন, সংযােজন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করেন।
