সৃজিত নিম্নবর্ণিত শূন্য পদসমূহে অস্থায়ীভাবে নিয়ােগের নিমিত্তে বাংলাদেশের প্রকৃত নাগরিকদের নিকট

০১। প্রার্থীকে অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে হবে। অনলাইন ঠিকানা : www.impajobsbd.com। অনলাইনে 

আবেদন শুরুর তারিখ : ১০/০৩/২০২১ তারিখ সকাল ১০.০০ ঘটিকা এবং শেষ সময় ২৫/০৩/২০২১ 

তারিখ রাত্র ১২.০০ ঘটিকা। 

০২। অনলাইনে আবেদন ফরম যথাযথভাবে পূরণপূর্বক সফলভাবে সাবমিট করার পর ফাইনাল 

কম্পিউটার প্রিন্ট আউট কপির সাথে মােংলা বন্দর কর্তৃপক্ষ-এর অনুকূলে যে কোন তফশিলী ব্যাংক 

হতে ১ নং থেকে ১৫ নং ক্রমিকের পদের ক্ষেত্রে ৫০০/- (পাঁচশত) টাকা, ১৬ থেকে ১১ নং ক্রমিকের 

পদের ক্ষেত্রে ১০০/- (একশত) টাকা এবং ২২ থেকে ২৪ নং ক্রমিকের পদের ক্ষেত্রে ৫০/- (পঞ্চাশ) টাকার 

পে-অর্ডার ব্যাংক ড্রাফট (অফেরতযােগ্য), ১ম শ্রেণির গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা কর্তৃক সত্যায়িত সম্প্রতি 

তােলা ০৩ কপি ছবি সংযুক্ত করে এবং খামের উপর পদের নাম উল্লেখপূর্বক পরিচালক (প্রশাসন), 

মােংলা বন্দর কর্তৃপক্ষ, ডাকঘর-মােংলা-৯৩৫১, জেলা-বাগেরহাট বরাবর ০৫/০৪/২২১ তারিখের মধ্যে 

প্রেরণ করতে হবে । এক ঠিকানায় সেরা সকল চাকরির খবর – 

০৩। আবেদনকারী অনলাইন আবেদনের ০১ কপি সংরক্ষণ করবে। অনলাইনে আবেদন ফরম পূরণ 

ব্যতিরেকে স্বহস্তে পূরণকৃত আবেদন গ্রহণ করা হবে না। তবেদনপত্র ডাকযোগে অথবা কুরিয়ারযোগে 

প্রেরণ করতে হবে। হাতে হাতে কোন আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ করা হবে না। 

০৪। সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল সনদপত্রের (যদি থাকে) মূল সনদ ও ০১ কপি করে ফটোকপি, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের 

ফটোকপি (যদি থাকে) মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় সংগে আনতে হবে, যা সরকারি গেজেটেড ১ম শ্রেণির 

কর্মচারীর নামাঙ্কিত সীলমােহরসহ সত্যায়িত হতে হবে। সরকারি গেজেটেড ১ম শ্রেণির কর্মচারীর নিকট 

হতে চারিত্রিক সনদপত্র এবং ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান/পৌরসভা/সিটি কর্পোরেশনের 

কাউন্সিলর-এর নিকট হতে নাগরিকত্ব সনদপত্রের মূল কপি মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় সংগে আনতে হবে। 

৫। বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বর্ণিত যে কোন পদের সংখ্যা হ্রাসবৃদ্ধি হতে পারে। অনলাইন আবেদনপত্রের ১৭ ও ১৮ নং 

সারিতে অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা (যদি থাকে) ও অভিজ্ঞতার বিবরণ (যদি থাকে) পরিপূর্ণভাবে উল্লেখ করতে 

হবে। 

৬। যােগ্য প্রার্থীদেরকে নিয়ােগ পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠানের স্থান, তারিখ ও সময়সূচী মবক-এর ওয়েব সাইট- 

www.mpa.gov.bd এ প্রকাশ করা হবে। www.mpajobsbd.com থেকে প্রবেশপত্র ডাউনলােড করে 

পরীক্ষার সময় সাথে আনতে হবে। 

৭। দরখাস্তে বর্ণিত কোন সনদপত্র, প্রত্যয়নপত্র ও ঘােষিত তথ্যাদি সত্য প্রমাণিত হলে দরখাস্ত বাতিলসহ 

ঐ দরখাস্তকারীর বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে। 

০৮। সরকারি ও অন্যান্য সংস্থায় চাকুরীরত প্রার্থীদের যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে। 

০৯। মুক্তিযােদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের সন্তান ও প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের ক্ষেত্রে ১০/০৩/২০২১ তারিখে সর্বোচ্চ 

বয়সসীমা ৩২ (বত্রিশ) বৎসর হবে।

 ১০। সরকারি ছাড়পত্র ও প্রযােজ্য ক্ষেত্রে অন্যান্য প্রাসংগিক অনুমােদন (প্রকল্পের পদের ক্ষেত্রে পদ সংরক্ষণ)

এবং প্রাক-পুলিশ প্রতিবেদন, অভিজ্ঞতার সনদপত্র (প্রযােজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) সন্তোষজনক প্রাপ্তি সাপেক্ষে নির্বাচিত

প্রার্থীদের তানুকূলে নিয়ােগপত্র ইস্যু করা হবে। 

১১। কোন প্রকার তদবির প্রভাব বিস্তার প্রার্থীর অযােগ্যতা বলে বিবেচিত হবে। 

১২। কোনরূপ কারণ দর্শানাে ব্যতিরেকে এই নিয়ােগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ সংশােধন/বাতিলের চূড়ান্ত ক্ষমতা কর্তৃপক্ষ সংরক্ষণ করে। 

১৩। কোটা সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে সরকারি নির্দেশনা যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ করা হবে। 

১৪। অনলাইন আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রে কোনরূপ সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হলে ২৫/০৩/২০২১ তারিখ রাত ১২.০০ ঘটিকা
