 ১। অগ্রহী চাকুরী প্রার্থীদের নিম্নবর্ণিত জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয় কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত এক পাতার ফরমে (কম্পিউটার

টাইপ করে) আবেদন করতে হবে এবং আবেদনপত্রের সঙ্গে ব্যাংক ড্রাফট/পে-অর্ডার এর মূল কপি ও ৪ (চার)

কপি ৫৫ সে.মি. সাইজের রনি ছবি ব্যতীত আর কোন কাগজপত্র জমা দিতে হবে না। লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উঃীর্ণ

প্রার্থীগণের মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় আবেদন ফরমে বর্ণিত সকল তথ্যের সপক্ষে দলিলাপি/মূল সনদপত্র

উপস্থাপন করতে

৩। আবেদনপত্র আগামী ১৯-০৪-২০২১ তারিখ বিকাল ৩:৩০ ঘটিকার মধ্যে উপ-মহাব্যবস্থাপক (নিয়োগ ও

প্রশিক্ষণ), গ্যাস ট্রান্সমিশন কোম্পানী লিমিটেড (জিটিসিএল), এফ-১৮/এ (লেভেল-৯), শের-ই-বাংলা নম্বর

প্রশাসনিক এলাকা, অপারপাও, ঢাকা-১২০৭” ঠিকানায় ডাকযােগে পৌছাতে হবে। কোন অবস্থাতেই সরাসরি

আবেদনপত্র গৃহীত হবে না। নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের পরে প্রাপ্ত আবেদনপত্র সরাসরি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। 

৪। সরকারী/আধা-সরকারী/স্বায়ত্তশাসিত সংস্থায় চাকুরীরত প্রার্থীদেরকে অবশ্যই থ কর্তৃপক্ষের মাধ্যমে আবেদন

করতে হবে। 

৫। প্রার্থীদের পিখিত ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে। 

৬। প্রাথমিকভাবে নির্বাচনের লক্ষ্যে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রার্থীদেরকে নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষার তারিখ, সময় ও স্থান যথাসময়ে

অবহিত করা হবে। 

৭। এ নিয়ােগের ক্ষেত্রে সরকারী বিধি মোতাবেক সকল প্রকার কোটা যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ করা হবে। 

৮। খামের উপর প্রার্থীর পদের নাম, নিজ জেলা এবং প্রযােজ্য ক্ষেত্রে কোটার নাম স্পষ্টাক্ষরে উল্লেখ করতে

হবে। 

৯। আবেদনপত্রের সঙ্গে গ্যাস ট্রান্সমিশন কোম্পানী লিমিটেড এর অনুকূলে ১০০/- (একশত) টাকা মূল্যমানের

ব্যাংক ড্রাফট/পে-অর্ডার সংযুক্ত করতে হবে। 

১০। আবেদনপত্রের সঙ্গে প্রায় সম্প্রতি তােলা ৪ (চার) কপি ৫x৫ সেমি, সাইজের রঙিন ছবি সংযুক্ত করতে হবে।

১১। আবেদনপত্রের সঙ্গে প্রার্থীর পত্র যােগাযােগের ঠিকানা সংবলিত ১০(দশ) টাকার অব্যবহৃত ডাকটিকেটসহ

৯.৫×৪.৫ ইঞ্চি সাইজের একটি খাম সংযুক্ত করতে হবে। 

১২। অসম্পূর্ণ/ভুল তথ্য সংবলিত/ ত্রুটিপূর্ণ আবেদনপত্র বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।

 ১৩। জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয় কর্তৃক প্রণীত ফরম ব্যতীত আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না। 

১৪। কোনাে প্রার্থীর নিয়ােগ লাভের পর তার প্রদত্ত কোন তথ্য মিথ্যা প্রমাণিত হলে নিয়োগ বাতিলসহ তার বিরুদ্ধে

আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে। 

১৫। ক্রমিক নং ১ ও ২ এ উল্লিখিত পদে সম্পূর্ণ অস্থায়ী ভিত্তিতে নিয়োগ করা হবে। ক্রমিক নং ৩ এ উল্লিখিত

পদে প্রাথমিকভাবে ১ (এক) বছরের জন্য চুক্তিভিত্তিক নিয়োগ করা হবে। তবে, সন্তোষজনক চাকুরী সাপেক্ষে

চাকুরির মেয়াদ নবায়নযােগ্য। 

১৬। নিয়ােগের বিষয়ে কোনাে প্রকার সুপারিশ বা তদবির প্রার্থীর অযোগ্যতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে। 

১৭। পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোনাে প্রকার টিএ/ক্তি প্রদান করা হবে না। 

১৮। কোনাে কাপে দর্শানাে ব্যতিরেকে নিমোগকারী কর্তৃপক্ষ এ নিয়ােগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি আংশিক সম্পূর্ণ পরিবর্তন/

বাতিল এবং পদের সংখ্যা চাস বৃদ্ধির ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করে। এ নিয়ােগের ক্ষেত্রে নিয়োগকারী কর্তৃপক্ষের

সিদ্ধান্তই হড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
